If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a**Equipment Maintenance Engineer** located in **Guadalajara,** **North Campus.** _Reporting to Equipment Maintenance Manager,_**Equipment Maintenance Engineer,**_this role is responsible for Mechanical: Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems and production machines and equipment._ _Electrical: Maintains and troubleshoots in-circuit and functional testers, associated test fixtures, stress chambers and chamber racks to ensure manufacturing test equipment is on-line._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism._ * _Repairs the failure mechanism in the most cost-effective manner._ * _Performs preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules._ * _Performs calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules._ * _Assists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment._ * _Researches and implements corrective action reports and process tracking mechanisms._ * _Records times and problems in equipment logs._ * _Provides daily equipment functioning activity information._ * _Sets up standard and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate and calibrate other instruments and test equipment._ * _Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects._ * _Aligns repairs, replaces and
