Must Have

1-2 years equipment leasing experience, 1-2 years equipment finance experience, Working knowledge lease documentation, Working knowledge transaction processing, Working knowledge customer support leasing, Ability run basic financial calculations

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree preferred, Professional experience preferred, Experience LeaseWave, Experience Microsoft SharePoint, Experience SSRS reporting

What You'll Do.

Communicate with customers

Structure lease transactions

Process front-end lease transactions

Respond to customer questions

Assist resolving issues

Ensure customers understand obligations

Provide high level service

Support internal business partners

Enter equipment details

Enter transaction details

Coordinate order placement

Assist invoice reconciliation

Process documentation for advances

Process documentation for funding

Process documentation for vendor payments

Maintain internal tracking logs

Prepare lease schedule documentation

Support account management

Support transaction follow-through

Assist administrative duties

Assist UCC-related items

Assist email follow-up

Assist phone communication

Assist troubleshooting
