What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrable experience in the design and manufacture of precision part assemblies and/or equipment design (8+ years), Experience leading a team (2+ years), Ability to communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the business, including Production and Engineering so as to dynamically prioritise and allocate tasks, A tertiary degree qualification in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Engineering, Knowledge of GD&T
Nice to Have
Design or development of high-precision optical, opto-mechanical, or electronic equipment, tools, or products, Understanding of Verification and Validation processes under ISO13485, Understanding of machine safety code AS 4024
