What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher, 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, Hands-on exposure to automated production equipment, Proven expertise in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial machinery, Knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, servo systems, and industrial automation, Experience with troubleshooting control systems, mechanical components, and electrical systems, Proficiency in CAD software for equipment design review and modification, Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques
Nice to Have
Experience with automation enhancements and technical upgrades, Experience with predictive maintenance and process control, Experience with high-voltage, high-temperature, and chemical-handling processes
What You'll Do.
Lead equipment installation
Ensure equipment meets process specifications
Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot technical challenges
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures
Implement corrective actions to improve reliability
Provide on-site and remote support for emergency repairs
Drive automation enhancements and technical upgrades
Analyze equipment performance data
Optimize system settings to improve yield
Identify and implement best practices
Provide hands-on technical support to teams
Develop and lead training sessions
Liaise with equipment manufacturers and suppliers
Work with process engineers and quality teams
Ensure equipment and processes comply with standards
Participate in EHS initiatives
Conduct risk assessments for processes
