## Description North America Construction (1993) Ltd. – NAC Constructors Ltd. (NAC) is well known for our expertise in water and wastewater construction across Canada. Our self-performing team of almost 500 skilled professionals and experts in trades and engineering, comprehensively handles projects, from conceptualization to delivery. We also have extensive experience in fields such as civil, structural, process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work. At NAC, our priority is to maintain the highest level of quality and safety. The depth of our resources is evident in the variety of projects we construct; from water filtration to wastewater treatment; dams to ethanol; we build it all….and more! ## Responsibilities Thorough knowledge and understanding of NAC’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures as per the roles and responsibilities within the HSE Manual. Accountable for receiving, reviewing and fulfilling all site equipment requisitions in a timely and cost effective manner while ensuring maximum utilization of NAC assets. Create and distribute purchase requisitions and obtain approval prior to placing supply orders for new equipment. Coordinate the delivery of internal / external rentals with project teams, suppliers and shipping companies in a timely and cost effective manner. Insuring PDI / BOM are provided and insurance coverage is supplied as required. Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete. Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries. Serve as the key point of contact for the project sites and coordinate the purchase and delivery of internal and external purchases with project teams, suppliers and shipping companies in a timely and cost effective manner.
