Able to work overtime as needed, Must be able and willing to do rotating shift work, Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card, Ability to work legally in the United States, Lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs, Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting, Stand and walk for extended periods of time, Work at heights, climb stairs and ladders, Work in tight and closed in spaces, Wear all required personal protective equipment, Work in an area of intense or continuous noise, Work in an area with hazardous materials
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or GED equivalent, An Associates degree or higher in Applied Science or similar field of study, 2 or more years of industrial manufacturing experience, 3 or more years of relevant military experience, Proficiency in computers to perform job tasks, Able to work overtime as needed, Must be able and willing to do rotating shift work, Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card, Ability to work legally in the United States
Nice to Have
Degree in Process Technology or related field
What You'll Do.
Operate assigned equipment or areas
Perform and report operational activities

Train less experienced operators
Follow Operating Discipline policies
Operate and field check process equipment
Monitor process conditions
Make appropriate decisions
Perform scheduled operational tasks

Maintain qualification in assigned areas
Complete training goals
Mentor and train operations personnel
Perform Immediate Response activities
Initiate and document investigations
Participate in Root Cause Investigations
Track and utilize key performance metrics
Make improvements in plant performance
Identify improvements and opportunities
Perform Autonomous Maintenance
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works with Shift Team members to efficiently anticipate and resolve unplanned events; Works with shift team members and other shift teams to leverage skills and knowledge; Collaborates across shift teams for effective handoffs and issue resolution
