High School Diploma, At least 2 year of Technician experience, understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration, knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements, Ability to use skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems, knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.

What You'll Do.
Assists EPS Operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct
Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects based on standard
Monitor product for any quality issues
Achieve established daily performance target
Operate the EPS Machine
and make necessary changes to ensure product specifications are met
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on EPS Machine and auxiliary equipment
Get the proper material to the required machine in a safe and efficient manner

Identify training and development needs through regular conversation and observation.; Assists in the development and update of EPS training manuals
