Support the Microwave Automated Factory (an ISO Class 8 clean room environment) in high-volume, high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems. Support assembly processes involving automated epoxy component attachment and Radiofrequency (RF) Assembly”

Eligibility Requirements

The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required, U. S. citizenship is required, DoD Clearance: Secret, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, Onsite position (6 AM - 2 PM)

Must Have

AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, Experience in a manufacturing environment, Experience with automated assembly equipment, The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required, U. S. citizenship is required

Nice to Have

Experience with Windows Operating Systems, MS Word and Excel, Experience in a clean room environment, following clean room and electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures, Experience with automated dispense, pick-and-place, and curing processes, Experience working on a team, Demonstrated organizational skills and problem solving ability, Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Support the Microwave Automated Factory (an ISO Class 8 clean room environment) in high-volume

high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment

Support assembly processes involving automated epoxy component attachment and Radiofrequency (RF) Assembly

Develop and implement materials

and production support using established statistical process control techniques

mechanical design analysis

and root cause analysis

equipment and processes (including qualification

and specification development) and interface with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing; interface with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues; team of highly engaged engineers and technicians from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels
