What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Understanding of FP&A (planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) or consolidation processes, Hands-on experience with at least one EPM tool, Basic knowledge of data integration / ETL concepts, Familiarity with one of SQL, VB. NET, C#, Essbase, Understanding of financial statements (P&L, BS, CF)
Nice to Have
Experience in finance transformation or consulting projects, Familiarity with system implementation lifecycle, CMA/ CPA / ACCA / PMP, EPM tool certifications (e.g. , OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle), Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, Ability to incorporate AI and automation tools into daily workflows
What You'll Do.
Participate in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and FP&A transformation projects for large and mid-size enterprises
Support design and implementation of planningudgeting/forecasting
consolidation and reporting processes
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Develop and configure EPM solutions
Build financial models
and reports to support decision-making
Build data integration
and reconciliation processes
Conduct system testing (SIT
and end-user training
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in FP&A cycles
How You'll Work.

Collaborate with client stakeholders (Finance, IT) to ensure successful delivery; Anticipate the needs of your teams and clients
Communication Scope
Fluent English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese – professional working proficiency
Process & Methodology
Support project management activities including timeline tracking and deliverable coordination
