Must Have
Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (considered) in relevant Core application (Epic Ambulatory / MyChart / Hello World), Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, 3-4 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT or Epic systems, Two years’ experience and proven success in information systems implementation, development and support within a large-scale healthcare organization, Related professional experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments, Knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management and administration
Nice to Have
ITIL Foundation certification, Active Epic Certification, Accreditation, or Proficiency in related applications, Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, 5-7 years of relevant experience, Demonstrated experience as a major participant in an EHR configuration
What You'll Do.
test clinical information systems
Oversee maintenance of clinical information systems
Serve as liaison between business operations and providers
Support end-users remotely and in-person
Coordinate system fixes with vendors
Coordinate application changes deployment
Perform testing of clinical information system configuration
Provide ongoing end user support
Manage upgrades and new releases
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaison between business operations and providers; Liaison between internal IT and system users; Collaborate with technical colleagues on infrastructure issues; Work with training team and operations; Work with software vendors
