You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, contribute to system builds, and drive improvements that impact patient care. Candidates with an interest or experience in **Radiant (Imaging)** are especially encouraged, as you’ll help support imaging workflows that enable accurate, efficient diagnostics. This growth-focused role offers hands-on experience, exposure to high-impact projects, and the opportunity to build your Epic expertise. **Job Summary:** Supports and maintains Epic applications and other related technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Impacts a range of customers that primarily include the operational end-users and informational technology areas. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures. * Troubleshoots and resolves basic Epic application issues and provides end user support. Escalates issues appropriately to application team members. * Assists the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests updates according to scripts. * Codes for Epic application including building application tables and reports. * Assists with updating testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations. * Builds requirements for configuration and business process changes. * Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects in order to support meeting milestones and timeframes.
