Must Have

High school diploma or GED, Current Epic Cadence & Epic Prelude Certification, Two years’ experience within a healthcare related clinical environment, Working knowledge of the process and delivery of patient care services in an acute care facility and/or ambulatory office practice yes environment, Knowledge and ability to work with microprocessor based systems

Nice to Have

As the primary individual responsible for implementation, support & maintenance, the Cadence & Prelude Epic Analyst is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical solutions, operational needs and the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The role requires a blending of technical and interpersonal skills with a reasonable comprehension of the operation department the analyst is assigned to and their information system tools and requirements. In addition, the Epic Analyst provides analytical expertise to information systems end users, aiming to enhance workflow, optimize business processes, and identify system solutions that meet organizational goals. This involves a proactive approach to understanding the nuances of application system functionality and leveraging this knowledge to propose enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role is ideally suited for a highly motivated individual with a passion for healthcare technology, a commitment to excellence in service delivery, and a pursuit of innovation and improvement in healthcare outcomes. 1\. Acts as the primary support contact for Cadence & Prelude Epic application. 2\. Proactively identifies and resolves issues that arise within the assigned application, collaborates with other application teams to address cross-functional issues, and utilizes a ticket management system to document troubleshooting records from end users and operational leads. 3\.
