Must Have
15+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services and data domains, Experience in end-to-end environment strategy, architecture and workflow design, Data analysis and business system flows, Experience managing multi-year programs consisting of complex business models and flows across front, middle, and back office operating models in both an insourced and outsourced model, Technical architecture knowledge, Understanding of global portfolio management, trading, and compliance functions across asset classes, Client facing role responsible for managing end-to-end environment and data strategy programs that onboard new clients onto State Street’s front-to-back platform, Proven experience in Program management, stakeholder management, client engagement and expectation management across project life cycle

**_Who we are looking for_** The Alpha Professional Services team in Boston, MA is looking for a qualified individual to lead our environment and data strategy workstream. This individual must bring strong experience in end-to-end environment strategy, architecture and workflow design, data analysis and business system flows in order to create and execute environment designs for our industry leading front-to-back client servicing platform. The successful candidate must be skilled in managing multi-year programs consisting of complex business models and flows across front, middle, and back office operating models in both an insourced and outsourced model. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, technical architecture knowledge and understanding of global portfolio management, trading, and compliance functions across asset classes.
