What You'll Achieve.
Ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met; Prevent or minimise accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment; Promote a standard of excellence for quality and customer focus

Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Tertiary education to diploma level (NCEA Level 4 or equivalent) is essential
Nice to Have
Qualification in science (e.g. Microbiology and Chemistry) would be an advantage, Worked in a dairy industry or a food industry, preferably with experience in environmental monitoring and sub sampling for laboratory testing would be an advantage, Experience in microbiology would be an advantage, Knowledge of hygiene practice in a food or dairy industry would be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Undertake routine and non-routine environmental sampling
Complete environmental sampling as per EMP
Complete environmental trending on results
Complete customer sampling when required
Complete daily reporting for hygiene chart
Complete swabbing within schedule
Ensure trace back is done until clearance obtained
Ensure swabbing samples reach laboratory on time
Ensure sub samples are labelled correctly
Tanker swabbing/sampling
Undertake pest control inspections
Order consumables as required
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Attend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor; Comply with company policies and procedures; Report accidents or incidents
