Must Have
At least 3 years of hands-on experience from working in an environmental or sustainability role within the energy sector, Analytical skills, Proven ability to drive initiatives and implement solutions in complex cross-functional organizations, Fluent in written and spoken English, Structured and adaptable way of working

What You'll Do.
Integrating and executing sustainability objectives during Onshore Wind and Solar & Battery project development and construction
alignment and implementation of cost-efficient sustainability measures
Innovate and develop sustainable solutions and technologies for the Onshore Wind portfolio
apply and evaluate sustainability award criteria and minimum requirements during procurement tenders
Include cost efficient sustainability measures in contracts
Engage and collaborate with key suppliers to increase supply chain maturity and manage supply chain risks
Drive sustainability initiatives
Execute sustainability strategies and ambitions
Ensure compliance with legal
and internal commitments

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with our Onshore Wind and Solar & Batteries teams; Engage with suppliers; Part of an international team of environmental and sustainability specialists; Working together to drive sustainability initiatives; Working in interdisciplinary teams; Support from committed colleagues
