bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, relevant sustainability certification, LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C), Mostadam accreditation or demonstrated working knowledge of Mostadam Rating System D+C Version 2019, 15 Years Overall Experience, 10 Years Relevant Role Experience, 5 years Regional (GCC/KSA)
What You'll Do.
Oversee compliance with sustainability commitments
Monitor adherence to LEED Gold and Mostadam Gold
Conduct site inspections and audits
Prepare compliance documentation
Collaborate with MDDC team
Liaise with contractors and subcontractors
Provide guidance on environmental risk mitigation
Report on environmental performance metrics
Ensure environmental management plans are executed
