Organize and monitor environmental monitoring programs and define corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate the site-level waste management system and propose waste reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with authorized operators for waste transportation and disposal/recovery.
Lead continuous improvement projects (TPM / Kaizen) related to environmental performance and waste optimization.
Maintain and further develop the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and manage the closure of potential environmental non-conformities.
Develop environmental training materials.
Deliver environmental training sessions for employees and contractors regarding environmental obligations.
