What You'll Do.
Assign and adjust work schedules
Coordinate employee work assignments
Complete quality assurance inspections
Provide ongoing instruction to employees
Communicate and collaborate with team members
Communicate and collaborate across departments
Clean and maintain equipment
Store equipment properly
Act on behalf of upline
Resolve work-related issues
Report issues to upline
Assume ownership of daily operations
Assume ownership of initiatives
Work across department sites
