3+ years maintenance experience, 3+ years facilities management experience, Valid driver's license, Knowledge of maintenance practices, Knowledge of housekeeping practices, Knowledge of governing laws, Knowledge of regulations, Knowledge of guidelines, Working knowledge of HVAC systems, Working knowledge of electrical systems, Working knowledge of plumbing systems, Working knowledge of fire safety systems, Hands-on general maintenance, Hands-on carpentry, Hands-on repair work, Ability to operate tools, Ability to operate equipment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in Facility Management software, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to meet deadlines, Ability to perform physical work, Lift or carry up to 50 lbs, Use proper body mechanics
