BAS degree in Environmental Sciences, BAS degree in Environmental Management, BAS degree in Biology, BAS degree in Geology, BAS degree in Engineering, BAS degree in Data Analytics, 0-3 years of experience, SQL proficiency, Knowledge of RCRA, Knowledge of EPCRA, Knowledge of Clean Water Act, Knowledge of Clean Air Act, Knowledge of DOT hazardous materials, Ability to interpret environmental records, Ability to interpret regulatory documentation, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in audit tools, Proficient in reporting platforms, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Comfortable working independently

Apex is seeking entry-level Environmental Field Scientist 1 positions that will be responsible for conducting comprehensive on-site environmental assessments at various operational sites to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal corporate environmental protocols. This role, utilizing an established checklist, will evaluate facility operations; identify risks; ensure environmental programs are properly implemented; and provide correct actions as needed to support environmental regulatory programs.
