What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Natural or Physical Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Planning, or related disciplines, 2+ years of professional experience in providing environmental review under federal and state regulations
Nice to Have
Experience providing environmental review support for HUD CDBG-DR programs, Ability to conduct field work and site visits, Organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to prioritize and multi-task under strict deadlines, Problem-solving skills, Demonstrated ability to succeed with new and challenging tasks
What You'll Do.
Assist with HUD NEPA compliance
Conduct fieldwork and preparation of site-specific environmental documentation
Complete site inspections
Provide environmental Subject Matter Expertise for HUD-funded programs
Review environmental documentation prepared by contractors for compliance
