What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Natural or Physical Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Planning, or related disciplines, 2+ years of professional experience in providing environmental review under federal and state regulations
Nice to Have
Experience providing environmental review support for HUD CDBG-DR programs, Ability to conduct field work and site visits, Organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to prioritize and multi-task under strict deadlines, Problem-solving skills, Demonstrated ability to succeed with new and challenging tasks

ICF is seeking an **On-Call Environmental Review Compliance Specialist** to join our Disaster Management Environmental Services practice. You will help manage federal disaster recovery grants and carry out strategic and high-impact activities to mitigate disaster risks and reduce future losses in communities. ICF is powered by an outstanding team equipped to offer expert advisory services, bringing the strength of past performance and an integrated multidisciplinary approach. **About On-Call Employment with ICF:** Given the seasonal or project-specific nature of our environmental work, ICF often hires environmental professionals as “On-Call” employees. On-Call employees are scheduled for work hours as they become available (we usually schedule work hours a few weeks ahead of time), and each on-call employee is free to accept or refuse the hours assigned to them in a given week. On-Call employees may work concurrent projects outside of their ICF assignment (as long as their outside work does not create a conflict of interest with the work they do for ICF).
