They are familiar with a variety of environmental concepts, practices, and procedures and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. They ensure clear, tactful, concise communication flows upwards and downwards throughout the organization and that projects are completed in a timely manner without compromising quality.
