What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in physical, natural, or biological science, chemistry, geology, hydrology, physical geography, epidemiology, environmental science, environmental health or civil, agricultural, environmental, geological or chemical engineering., One year of professional experience in one of the areas or a master’s degree in a qualifying area (for Level II).
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and manage project planning activities for infrastructure initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between agency personnel
and local governments.

Develop and compile the annual Intended Use Plan (IUP) and Annual Report.
