What They're Looking For.
Must Have
LL.B., J.D., or equivalent, Membership in the Law Society of Ontario, or equivalent, in good standing, Significant experience in environmental law, Experience with Ecojustice
Nice to Have
Lawyers who currently work with Ecojustice, Prior teaching experience
What You'll Do.
Introduce students to legal advocacy in environmental law
Supervise students on environmental problems and cases
Provide opportunities for students in environmental law services
Research potential cases
Write legal memoranda
Develop legal strategy
Draft pleadings and other written documents
Assist with law reform efforts
