Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. ## **Your Role at Baxter** Lead the integrated management of Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) through the design, implementation, and optimization of systems, processes, and strategies that ensure regulatory compliance, operational sustainability, and the integration of a culture of continuous improvement aligned with business objectives. ## **What you 'll be doing** * Design and execute the EHS strategy aligned with corporate and site objectives. * Translate the strategy into measurable tactical plans with key performance indicators (KPIs). * Integrate EHS as an enabler of operational excellence and sustainability. * Design, standardize, and optimize critical EHS processes (compliance, audits, permits, risk management, waste,
