What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, HR compliance, workers’ compensation, or a related field, Knowledge of OSHA and California workplace safety regulations, Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Nice to Have

Experience managing workers’ compensation claims preferred, Experience coordinating drug & alcohol testing programs preferred, Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or fleet operations, OSHA certification or safety-related certification preferred

Coordinate TrustLine applications and Live Scan fingerprinting processes as needed

Serve as onsite collector for drug testing as needed

Maintain confidential testing records and compliance procedures

Ensure all testing supplies and procedures are properly maintained

Perform regular safety audits

Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions

Assist with implementing and enforcing company safety policies and procedures

Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure compliance improvements are completed

Support relationships with workers’ compensation

Coordinate scheduling and communication with third-party providers

Assist with maintaining service agreements and compliance records

As we continue to grow, we’re searching for passionate team members to join our growing team. You’ll be involved in every aspect of operations as we rapidly expand across Los Angeles and beyond! About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support and maintain company-wide health, safety, and compliance programs across multiple operational sites. This role will work closely with the HR Generalist and Operations teams to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation procedures, workplace safety initiatives, and drug testing programs. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experienced in safety coordination within warehouse, fleet, transportation, or logistics environments.
