What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, or related field required, Availabilty to travel, Fluency in English and Portuguese, Solid experience in safety, environmental health & safety (EHS), operations, or related fields in a manufacturing or industrial environment., Expressive leadership experience managing environmental or operations teams., Project leadership experience, including implementation of environmental programs, tools, or process improvements., Demonstrated experience identifying, implementing, and sustaining process and program improvements in environmental or operations., Proven ability to lead leaders, influence without authority, and build cross-functional relationships.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree (e. g. , MBA or related)
