What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, or related field required, Availabilty to travel, Fluency in English and Portuguese, Solid experience in safety, environmental health & safety (EHS), operations, or related fields in a manufacturing or industrial environment., Expressive leadership experience managing environmental or operations teams., Project leadership experience, including implementation of environmental programs, tools, or process improvements., Demonstrated experience identifying, implementing, and sustaining process and program improvements in environmental or operations., Proven ability to lead leaders, influence without authority, and build cross-functional relationships.

Nice to Have

Master’s degree (e. g. , MBA or related)

partners closely with all functions and operations within Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Global Environmental Health & Safety, Legal and ICC Leadership; coordinate with site environmental leaders and cross-functional partners; Collaborates with peers inside and outside the business unit; build cross-functional relationships
