Bank Impact Finance is currently seeking a candidate to join our growing team of Environmental Finance professionals as an Engineering Technical Services Manager. The incumbent’s responsibilities include reviewing and advising on technical issues related to equity investments and project finance loans that utilize predominantly solar, wind, and battery storage systems. Responsibilities include coordinating internally with the Business Development, Project Management and Asset Management teams in addition to clients/sponsors and outside in supporting the review, due diligence and documentation of new and existing investments and loans. Coordinates technical due diligence, incorporates asset performance, and assists in the negotiation of technical terms in conjunction with closing transactions. Interfaces with external customers and third-party professionals such as independent engineers, attorneys, accountants, etc. **_Job Responsibilities_** * Participate in project-level technical due diligence for new investments and loans from origination through approval and operations for renewable energy investments as well as project finance expansion within the Energy and Power verticals. * Identify potential risk areas and key issues for additional review, and/or detailed analysis and assessment and possible mitigation approaches. * Collaborate with other functional groups to evaluate issues and identify solutio
