Industry & Context.
2-3 overnights per week, pass a DOT physical, pass a drug test, pass a DEA background check
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
valid Class Commercial Driver’s License, at least 21 years of age
Nice to Have
TWIC Card, Hazmat Endorsement, Experience driving box trucks, Fluency in English (verbal and written), Three or more years of related warehouse experience, Ability to operate a powered industrial forklift truck, possession of a valid driver’s license free of moving violations and accidents
What You'll Do.
Characterize segregate
package and document various types of retail hazardous and pharmaceutical waste.
preparation of all appropriate and required documentation to meet State
DOT and EPA regulations.
Travel between customer retail facilities
through assigned territory
Provide services related to managing retail hazardous waste and pharmaceutical waste as well as characterizing hazardous
and non-hazardous waste.
Properly process lab packs and prepare manifests and LDR’s for hazardous waste shipment(according to State
EPA & DOT regulations).
Maintain / manage own expenses and travel schedule to ensure customers are serviced on a regular and timely basis.
Manage route to maintain compliance with 10 day transfer schedules.
Provide training and support for customers on processes
findings and regulatory compliance.
Provide written and verbal reports to customer and supervisor.
Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management
