Apex Companies is looking for an Environmental Compliance Program Manager. This is a remote position within the United States. Your Responsibilities as a Program Manager: Lead multi‑media environmental compliance programs (stormwater, SPCC, air, waste, wastewater). Manage compliance for 100+ facilities across multiple states. Develop, lead, and mentor high‑performing environmental teams. Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and excellent service. Provide regulatory interpretation and compliance guidance across all media. Manage program schedules, budgets, resources, performance metrics, and reporting. Prepare and review compliance deliverables including SPCC Plans, SWPPPs, air permitting documents, and waste plans. Identify client needs and support account growth. Ensure safe execution of all program activities and reinforce a strong safety culture. What we're looking for: BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of environmental compliance experience, including multi‑media programs.
