Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Geology, Natural Science or related field, Equivalent relevant experience, Three years of increasingly responsible experience working as an analyst or administrator in environment, health and safety, or related field, Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Valid California Driver License

The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Program Manager is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with all applicable EHS regulations and controls including, but not limited to, air quality, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, hazardous materials, water discharges, storm water, hazard communication, capital projects, permitting and training. This position is located in San Jose, California and reports to the Director of Environment, Health & Safety. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Recommends, implements, and monitors EHS legal requirements, procedures, and programs to ensure 100% compliance; identifies and quickly resolves identified gaps * Prepares and submits required regulatory reports including, but not limited to: California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documentation, wastewater discharge reports, air emission reports, storm water pollution prevention reports, and hazardous materials business plans. * Prepares, coordinates, and implements National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and air quality permits for stationary and portable equipment * Serves as the EHS lead for all new property and business acquisitions in their region; ensures EHS due diligence assessm
