4-6 years experience in conducting EIA, Environmental Desk Assessments, Environmental consenting and permitting, environmental management plans for Infrastructure projects, Post Graduate Degree qualified in a relevant engineering or science subject, Organization, collation, and assessment of desk-based information, Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate environment issues, Possess interpersonal skills, Experience working collaboratively with a range of technical specialists, Highly self-motivated, Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes, Able to prioritise and manage workload effectively, Fair understanding of UK s environment management related policies and regulations, Report writing skills, Verbal skills, Presentation skills, Provide technical input preparation of Environmental assessments, planning and permitting, Originate, check, summarise and present information, Collate and edit information from a range of sources, Competently undertake own work to a high standard and on time and to budget, Represent the company, Continue to build personal and company reputation, Undertake Continual Professional Development, Work towards becoming chartered, Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), 4–10 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field

We currently have an opportunity for an Environment Consultant to join the AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre in India. The role involves significant work on UK and International projects being delivered by the AtkinsRéalis UK Planning, Environmental Consenting, and Communities practice across a range of market sectors like Highways, Rail, Tunnels, including the development of Cities, Mass Transit and Energy infrastructure. ## ## **Your role** * 4-6 years experience in conducting EIA, and Environmental Desk Assessments, Environmental consenting and permitting, environmental management plans for Infrastructure projects. Field work experience will be preferable. * Be able to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders for delivery; Be able to multi-task on various projects and opportunities. * Should be able to mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance. * Post Graduate Degree qualified in a relevant engineering or science subject (e.g. geology, geosciences, chemistry, environmental science and hydrogeology). * Organization, collation, and assessment of desk-based information as part Desk Studies. * Have demonstrable ability to effectively communicate environment issues, approaches and solutions pragmatically with project managers, engineers, designers and clients. * Knowledge of QGIS is preferrable. * Possess strong interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with a range of technical specialists at different levels. * Be highly self-motivated, possessing strong enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainab
