What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3D software such as 3D Studio Max, Maya and Blender, 3D sculpting packages such as Zbrush or Mudbox, modelling processes hi-res sculpting, baking textures and material/shader setup in realtime render engine, PRB material pipeline/substance, high quality art assets in our game engine, translate concept and reference artwork into 3d assets, composition and visual story telling, video game development process
