Entry Level Systems Engineering Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an **Entry Level Systems Engineering Engineer** to join the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization supporting the Executive Fleet Team in **San Antonio, TX.** BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key markets include aeronautics, space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development, production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. BDS delivers the most digitally advanced, simply and efficiently produced and intelligently supported solutions to its customers. **Position Responsibilities:** * Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development and verification of a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. * Assists with analyses to evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. * Assists with various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. * Assists with analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers * Conducts assessments of processes and practices to standards and criteria * Assists in development of strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives * Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation **This position is expecte
