Full Job Description
We are looking for an Entry-Level Reliability Test Technician to support reliability testing and validation in a lab environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates looking to grow their experience working with hardware systems and test processes. **Responsibilities** * Execute reliability test plans and validation procedures * Set up and operate environmental test equipment (thermal, shock, vibration) * Assemble and disassemble hardware using basic tools * Collect and document test data and results * Maintain accurate documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Manage lab inventory, including test units, tools, and consumables * Follow established safety protocols and lab procedures **Requirements** * Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field * Strong verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Skills & Experience** * 1+ year of experience in a reliability or manufacturing test environment * Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking * Familiarity with electronic components and mechanical enclosures * Experience with environmental and reliability testing (HALT, HASS, HAST) * Strong organizational and documentation skills **Additional Requirements** * Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday during business hours * Ability to lift, move, and set up test equipment and samples **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) **Pay Range** $55K/yr - $70K/yr (DOE)
