Prior manufacturing or assembly experience, Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional organizations, Willing to provide direct engineering support in a Production (factory) environment

Provide detailed work instructions

Support development of production methodologies

Support development of tooling methodologies

Support integration of technical solutions

Support development of conceptual designs

Maintain program architecture for build

Participate in implementation of manufacturing plans

Investigate technical problems

Participate in implementation of Lean principles

Interface with IPTs and internal customers

Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT); Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers

Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional organizations
