Full Job Description

Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security's (BDS) is seeking **Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineers** to join the Production Engineering Team in **Mesa, AZ.** Our Production Engineering team provides direct support of the Apache assembly and other military, space and commercial aircraft throughout the Mesa site including: AH-64 Apache Final Assembly, Production Flight Test and Depot Repair and Overhaul plus our Metallic, Electrical, and Composite Centers of Excellence. **Position Responsibilities:** * Provides detailed work instructions to communicate the design engineering requirements to our Operations partners for fabrication, assembly, and installation of complex components. * Supports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies. * Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines. * Supports the development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build. * Participates in the implementation of manufacturing plans. Investigates technical problems. * Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. * Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge, and experience. **The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * Prior manufacturing or assembly experience * Ability to communicat
