Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Industry experience with digital electronics hardware, Circuit design and analysis experience, Experience in designing, analyzing and testing complex Electronic Circuit Card Assemblies and Units, Generating schematics, Performing IR drop, signal integrity and timing analysis, Experience with schematic capture and layout rules, Circuit analysis tools, Firmware, Microprocessor or other Hardware oriented experience, Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI
