Position: Entry-Level Civil Engineer Job Status: Exempt-salaried Location: Missoula, MT (Relocation assistance may be provided) Start your civil engineering career supporting the design and delivery of essential community infrastructure projects. Work with licensed engineers, build hands‑on skills, and contribute to meaningful local community projects from day one. THE ROLE As an entry-level civil engineer, you will thrive on the exposure and gain experience through a variety of civil engineering-related opportunities, including municipal infrastructure, site development, roadways, stormwater, water systems, and even airports. Under the guidance of a Professional Engineer, the entry civil engineer will learn and support the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects that strengthen the local communities we serve. In this role, you will contribute to technical engineering work, collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, and help bring projects from concept through construction. This position offers a blend of technical design, problem-solving, field experience, and client interaction, making it a strong opportunity for engineers who want to grow their careers while making a tangible impact.
