What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CNIM eligible, Bachelor's degree, R EEG T or R EP T certification or a graduate of a CAAHEP or NIM IOM program, Valid driver's license, Eligible for medical malpractice insurance coverage, Obtain and maintain the CNIM status
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), Knowledge of human anatomy & physiology, Knowledge of technical troubleshooting, Operating Room (OR) experience, time management & organizational skills, Ability to manage competing demands, Ability to handle frequent change, delays and/or unexpected events, Effective communication skills, Proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting, Communication in English with surgeons and surgical staff, Ability to handle the demands of regular travel, Qualified for and maintain privileges at all required hospitals, Meeting any applicable physical requirements or vaccination requirements

Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring
Monitor patient's nervous system
Communicate monitoring information
Display and label waveforms
Identify appropriate protocols
Perform troubleshooting techniques
Complete required documentation
Maintain neuromonitoring equipment
Conduct maintenance checks
