Within Retail Banking Services Risk Management, you’ll join a team focused on understanding, measuring and managing credit risk across large-scale retail portfolios. Through thoughtful analysis, strong risk discipline and practical insights, the team helps the Bank lend responsibly, strengthen resilience and support better customer outcomes. As the risk landscape continues to evolve, with increasing focus on data, automation, AI, cyber and emerging risks, the team plays an important role in shaping the future of risk management at scale. **Your Impact & Contribution** As an early-career Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll be supported in helping turn data into practical insights that support effective risk management and better business decisions. You’ll work with large and complex datasets across modern data platforms, including cloud environments, and support the development of risk analysis and reporting tools such as dashboards, automated reporting and analytical applications. In this role, you'll learn and apply statistical techniques, analytical methods and emerging machine learning approaches to support credit risk insights, gaining opportunities to use AI-assisted tools and analytics technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of your work.
