Full Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday through Saturday In this position, your main responsibilities will include: * Assisting the development, planning, implementation, the execution of the activities for residents. * Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library. * Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle. ## Qualifications To be successful in this position, we believe that you will; need the following experiences, strengths, and skills: * Must be at least 21 years of age. * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience. * The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members. * Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time. * Strong customer service skills are required. ## Additional Information If you join Spectrum as a full-time member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance and other voluntary insurance options.
