What You'll Do.

support the day-to-day coordination of a premium entertainment and events business

Respond to client enquiries in a timely

Manage client follow-ups and maintain communication throughout the booking process

Coordinate with artists

and suppliers regarding availability

and supporting documentation

and booking calendars

Maintain and update CRM systems

and operational trackers

Provide general operational and administrative support across the business

Anticipate issues before they arise and help keep projects moving smoothly
