What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field with equivalent experience, 7+ years of hands-on Workday administration, Workday tenant management, Workday business processes, Workday security roles and access control, Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connect, APIs, Workday Studio), Workday reporting, Workday release management, Experience with cloud platforms, Experience with enterprise integrations, Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Experience with data reporting/analytics tools (Prism, calculated fields, dashboards), Proficient in troubleshooting, Proficient in tier-3 support, Proficient in report building, Proficient in system documentation, Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
Nice to Have
Workday certifications (training provided), Knowledge of cybersecurity, Knowledge of data privacy, Knowledge of disaster recovery, Knowledge of compliance
