In this role you will: - Own the full deployment lifecycle, from scoping and design to configuration, integration, and go-live - Translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions that create measurable impact - Build intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations that connect the customer's full tech stack - Use Planhat's AI and analytics capabilities to help customers see patterns, act faster, and scale what works - Partner closely with Sales, CS, and Product to ensure every deployment creates lasting value DEFINITION OF SUCCESS If you are the person who raises the bar in your team, on the field, or anywhere performance matters, you will fit right in.
