What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10–15 years in management consulting or healthcare consulting, with a focus on commercially focused strategies that drive new business, Proven track record of delivering results in a client-facing role, Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth and expansion, Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, Managing P&L responsibilities for each assigned account, including pricing strategy and margin optimization, Expertise in developing and implementing strategic business plans that align with organizational goals and drive market growth, In-depth knowledge of digital health technologies, including Enterprise SaaS platforms, ePRO/eCOA, remote monitoring solutions, and patient engagement platforms, Experience in evaluating and implementing these solutions in clinical settings, Capability in financial modeling, including benefits quantification and post-implementation value tracking, Familiarity with ICH-GCP, GxP, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to digital health solutions, Exceptional partner management and executive communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior collaborators and lead cross-functional teams, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, engineering, data science, or a related field
