What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering or similar roles preferably within a SaaS environment, Proven ability to effectively influence senior-level decision-makers, Deep curiosity and understanding of how IT systems work in a business context, Proficiency in developing product demonstrations, including designing and presenting from decks, briefs, and whiteboards, Experience running customer Proof of Concepts, Conversational-level experience with JSON and RESTful APIs, Experience in AI technology (LLMs, AI-powered automation, etc. ) and business models, Professional fluency in written and spoken German and English, Located in Munich and willing to travel on-site with customers upwards of 30%

French fluency highly appreciated

Support EMEA Sales teams as a co-seller
Be a thought leader in AI-powered Collaborative Work Management
Partner with Sales teams to develop account strategy

Present solution and its business impact
Identify and scale solution-selling best practices
Position Asana solution within the market
Be a key player in achieving revenue goals
Help customers imagine new ways of working
