Full Job Description
"To mould the future of our nation" At the Ministry of Education (MOE), we support educators and schools through technology that reduces complexity, improves reliability, and enables better educational outcomes at scale. As part of MOE’s digital transformation journey, we design and extend enterprise Salesforce platforms that support critical workflows across schools and MOE divisions. As an Enterprise Platform Engineer (Salesforce), you will work hands-on with core Salesforce platforms and Salesforce Education Cloud, designing, extending, and scaling solutions that support educators and students nationwide. Your work will involve delivering Education Cloud–based capabilities, built on core Salesforce foundations, and integrating with other enterprise systems to operate reliably at national scale. Key Responsibilities Salesforce & Education Cloud Solution Development: Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Education Cloud, using core platform capabilities such as Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration. Customisation & Configuration: Extend Salesforce through Apex, triggers, flows, workflows, approval processes, and custom UI components to meet business needs. Integrations & APIs: Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other government or third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and integration tools. Collaboration & Delivery: Work with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-designed, production-ready Salesforce solutions. Quality & Reliability: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to stable, secure, high-availability releases. Best Practices & Continuous Improvement: Apply Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and maintainability, and continuously improve platform quality and engineering practices.
