What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, proven record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements, hunt and develop new enterprise accounts, target-driven, strategic thinking, navigate complex sales cycles to close high-value deals, build trust and long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, consultative, client-centric approach, entrepreneurial mindset, communicator, comfortable dealing with clients in English & German
Nice to Have
experience in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery, expertise in transformation and organizational change, Leadership skills, French

pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts and whitespace prospects
and shape complex consulting and service opportunities within strategic accounts
build and maintain long-term client relationships
lead complex sales scenarios
collaborate with strategic partners to drive co-selling initiatives
submit accurate sales forecasts and reports
monitor your portfolio’s sales performance
stay informed on product knowledge

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
